Welcome to your clean and convenient hideaway, steps from Chapman University. Great location in Old Towne Orange. With plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and the Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland. It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is an additional cottage directly above, where you may hear noise if occupied. A dog (poodle) might come by and say hello. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds & outdoor fountains.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
