The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped, a toilet, a large terrace with sea views, and a parking space. It’s an ideal place to relax or even work, as it includes two desks. The complex offers common areas, Swimming pool (June 15 - September 15), a playground, and padel courts. It is located right next to a sailing school and near the marina and golf course.

Located in the city center, near the old market and in front of the River Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has been recently requalified that allows good walks along the river. Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. The nearby bird reserve is a mecca of all ornithologists. The complex is adjacent to the charming town of Ayamonte.
