Our B&B "Il Corbezzolo" is located in a wonderful little medieval neighbourhood near the beach and 20 minutes from the centre of Rome: next to the countryside and next to the archaeological remains of the ancient City of Ostia built by the Romans, and near the subway that connects it to Rome (10-15 minutes by walk from the train station). Our B&B is also only ten minutes by subway and bus from the beach, only twenty minutes by subway from the center of Rome and 7 km from Fiumicino Airport. FREE WI-FI BREAKFAST INCLUDED LOCAL TAXES NOT INCLUDED (3,50 euros) that we must ask our guests because ours i(URL HIDDEN)with proper authorization and in accordance with law. WE ARRANGE THE TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT AT ANY TIME (15 euros from 8 am to 8 pm and 20 euros from 9pm) Our transfer is much cheaper than a taxi or a uber drive. We can pick up also if you arrive late in the evening or leave at the airport if you leave very early in the morning) We can also organize the TRANSFER FROM/TO CIVITAVECCHIA AIRPORT (30 euros plus 10 euros for highway taxes) We provide our guests one spacious DOUBLE ROOM fully restored furnished with table, chairs, armchair, wi-fi.Bathroom with shower is next to the room and it is for guests only. For guests the fridge, the machine for coffee and tea. In the spacious room we can add an EXTRA BED. The room is independent from the rest of the house so as to offer guests privacy INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE AND SPACE FOR BREAKFAST. Street parking, fridge, fan, WI-FI and hair dryer are free for guests. Laundry available for charge (5 euros each ) We also offer our guests EXCURSIONS and GUIDED TOURS to the archaeological and wildlife sites; such as an excursion by night to the pinewood hearing owls or the visit to the ruins of OSTIA ANTICA so as an excursion into the magnificent pinewood in Ostia walking along the ancient ROMAN ROAD VIA SEVERIANA watching birds and looking for traces of wild animals (boars, foxes, peaks) who live in the pinewood of CASTELFUSANO). All the excursions are on charge (about 30/40 euros each excursion). WE CAN ALSO COOK THE DINNER (extra of 15/18 euros) Local Tax 3,50€ per person per night for a maximum of 35 euros (not included in the cost of the room) For guests who want to spend more weeks we can provide electric stove to cook their own meals and laundry. Dryer available on request (extra fee). For children until 6 years old staying in the bed with their parents no charge required. Additional bed 10/20 € Breakfast, bed linen and towels are included in the price. For breakfast on request fresh croissant or donuts or the typical croissant from Rome "maritozzo" a delicious croissant with whipped cream. Nearby restaurants that offer typical Roman cuisine and seafood dishes and pizza. Many pubs, restaurant, pizzeria, disco in and around. Amusements: Ostia Antica roman archaelogical site, Adventure Park, Animal Farm, Medieval Village with the old church of Sant'Aurea Water Park Zoomarine at twenty minutes by car Pubs, disco, restaurants in Ostia Lido at ten minutes by car. What makes unique our B&B is its location : close to the countryside so as to ensure a relaxing holiday, but at the same time near the center of Rome, the "Eternal City"

"The Nest" Restart Style Studio Apt at Colosseum

This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is ideal for couples or solo travellers visiting Rome for either business or pleasure. The 20m2 apartment can accomodate up to 2 guests and is situated on the first floor of a historic building (without elevator 8 steps). The living room has been decorated with great care in a predominantly white colour that, together with the beautiful high ceilings and parquet flooring, creates a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The living room features a sofa-bed, an LCD satellite television and a dining table with chairs. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare meals. A practical staircase located behind the wardrobe provides access to the loft space (ceiling 1.70mts high) where you will find a double futon. Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with a shower. The Nest apartment is located just a few minutes walking from the Coliseum and the Celio Park, one of Rome’s nicest green spots; easy walking to all historic monuments. The neighbourhood is residential, family-friendly, and has small supermarkets close by as well as restaurants, cafes, and trattorias.

Molti ospiti lo vivono come un piccolo angolo segreto di relax nel cuore del quartiere Flaminio. Lo spazio è compatto, indipendente e pensato per due persone, lontano dal caos del centro storico ma ben collegato. Il design moderno e l'atmosfera raccolto lo rendono più simile a un piccolo studio contemporaneo che a un appartamento tradizionale.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.
