Our two-story brick home has all the modern amenities with a spacious central living room, cozy kitchen, private downstairs bedroom with sitting area and half-bath, and two upstairs bedrooms. Spend a relaxed evening around the courtyard firepit, or have some fun playing board games at the hand-crafted coffee table. Only a short walk to two restaurants, the town park, and the Muscatatuck River.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was a rental since 1979 and not many physical changes since that time. Authentic and vintage. to when John grew up there. The window in the basement is the same window he would sneak out of. The doors are the same doors he saw and used. Brand new beds, couches, TV. Appliances are not new but not vintage either. Kitchen cabinets are vintage. Same doors he used. Bathroom throne is brand new. sink and shower newer, new sewer to the street.

This new home, completed in 2024, is an original design built with our own hands incorporating wood posts & beams milled using logs from our farm and large expansions of glass to magnify the experience of living in nature while enjoying the comforts of home.
