A comfy room in an art-filled spacious townhouse with a backyard, situated on a cozy block in Brooklyn. The light filled bedroom is on the 2nd floor ONLY with a skylight operated by a remote control. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

There is a desk for work in the bedroom, I am a native New Yorker, and have hosted people for over 15 years.
