Easy access to surrounding grocery markets, gas stations and restaurants all within a few minutes' drive. Popular attractions such as Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend are within 10-20 minutes.

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river.
