We'd love to welcome you to our comfortable, peaceful studio in the heart of Lewes. It has its own entrance and hallway leading to a large double bedroom, its own bathroom and patio area, and views across our garden to the Downs. We are in the beautiful, historic Pells area of Lewes. We're close to Pells Pool, meadows and leafy walks on the River Ouse. It's 5 minutes' walk to town, brilliant shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, a cinema and Lewes Castle, and 10 minutes to Lewes railway station.

Situated at the foot of the South Downs in the historic town of Lewes, you will find our cosy studio. This self-contained space, is ideal for 1 or two people to enjoy a restful stay with a newly appointed kitchen and bathroom. It has its own private entrance and outside seating area. A bus service to Brighton and universities is a 5 minute walk away. The train station and Lewes town Centre are about a 10 minute walk away. Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is in the heart of the Sussex countryside amongst the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. There is an outside space to sit and relax. The barn is spacious and sociable. There is a working forge just by the barn. Occasionally there will be farriers making shoes and wrought iron pieces. You will see evidence of this around the garden with beautiful balls.
