If you're a remote worker, visiting family, or need a base while you look for property (Aaron is a licensed TN realtor), this cozy cottage will be your respite. This cottage has a peaceful country setting but is close to the tri-cities. From the front porch, you’ll see a gorgeous mountain view! Mid-term rentals are preferred, but short-term rentals are considered. We strongly encourage purchasing AirBnB Insurance because we do not do refunds for cancellations. Dogs are considered, but no cats.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

No cleaning fees! A peaceful place to unwind and rest. We have a spacious bedroom suite with a private entrance located off the deck that is open for guests to use for a morning cup of coffee or take in the views. The suite has a space for everything with a table and chairs, queen bed, full bath and sofa. A Roku television and wifi complete a cozy space to relax. We are centrally located, within 15 minutes from historic Jonesborough, and 30 minutes from Johnson City, Greenville & Kingsport.
