A separate side entrance on the main house leads to a private downstairs lounge area, kitchenette and shower room. Upstairs there's a cosy mezzanine sleeping space, with double bed and storage. Free roadside parking is available directly outside or nearby in this quiet estate.

This one bedroom apartment is annexed within our family home but benefits from its own entrance and facilities. Quiet village location but easy access to transport links (Heathrow is 20 mins drive, London 35 mins on the train). We are on the edge of the Chilterns, an UNESCO recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are taking bookings using the Covid19 guidelines and legislation set out on the UK government website. If the road map changes then availability may also need to change.

It is set in a conservation area adjoining a nature reserve with a large lake and a footpath that leads you to the river Thames. The picturesque river towns of Marlow, Henley and Windsor are nearby and London is only half an hours train journey. Boats and paddle boards can be hired locally and the area is great for walking, cycling and bird watching.

Amazing local restaurants and bars and lots going on in Marlow to do and see.
