This one of a kind space is all the things you need it to be - inviting, creative, clean, comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous! We've put a ton of thought into everything from the layout to the decor to the things that make for a great night of sleep and a comfy space. You'll love this home! Please note the backyard and laundry room are spaces shared with other guests. Both have locking doors between them so all interior space is private. The bedroom and full bathroom are located upstairs.

This historic craftsman was built in 1920s and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. Featuring an open floor plan and separate bedroom with on suite bathroom. Located within walking distance of Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Central High School National Historic Site and within a 5 minute drive of downtown, and UAMS.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.
