I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. Away from street. Private outdoor area. In Polk & Chestnut area, close to great restaurants/cafes, easy walk to Aquatic Park and Ghirardelli Square. I live within the three bedroom residential unit and will be sharing the residential unit with guests during their stay (with a separate entrance).

The outside deck is the perfect location to take in the amazing views, relax and recharge for your next beach adventure.

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
