Only 10 minutes walk from iconic sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Lombard (Crookedest) St, and the cable car stops just around the corner. This is a single family home. I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome Guests of all races, faiths, genders and sexual orientations.

For more than 15 years, it has been my sanctuary when the rough and tumble of the business world has kicked me in the stomach, when heartbreak hit, and later it was the co-parent in helping me raise my gorgeous girls. Our inviting home features floor-to-ceiling windows and 5 large skylights with stunning views of the Redwoods, including several right outside the front door. The gas fireplace, Samsung Frame TV, and peaceful setting make it the perfect escape. Located just steps from the historic Dipsea Trail, it's only a 10-minute walk to the charming downtown Mill Valley and central to destinations like Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, SF and Napa/Sonoma.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

Courtyard Stay – Kitchen, 2 Beds, Dogs Welcome!

This courtyard room has two full size beds and kitchen. Its entrance is in the back of our quiet flower filled courtyard. This is a small family run Motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. (Sleeps 2-4 people max). No rollaway beds can be added to this room due to size limitations. This is a dog friendly room. (with an extra charge of $25 per dog, per night) Sorry, no cats are permitted.
