This is a basement suite in our home with private entry and all private spaces. We are two blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment of LoHi. We do have a lively family above the unit and there may be noise at 7 am. However, bedtime/quiet time begins at 8pm. Thank you for your consideration when booking.

See downtown from your second story deck! We are close to downtown, RiNo, in Five Points and also near LoDo. This space is private and not attached to our home.
