Whether you’re sipping coffee under the pine trees, curling up with a book inside, or exploring the city just minutes away, The Nut House is where small spaces lead to big memories.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

a peaceful campingsite with 2 cabins and a tent lot that can fit 4-5 tents if necessary. situated in the forest away from big roads with a river in walking distance. fresh water and firewood available now also a small sauna available. there is no electricity and extra heating in the cabins but i provide powerbanks and battery lamps.

Selles rahulikus ja stiilses kohas saad mõnusalt lõõgastuda. Toome välja, et voodi madrats on keskmiselt tugevam, mis pakub kogu kehale tugevat tuge. Korteris on eraldi magamistuba ja köök. Ühendus kesklinnaga on väga hea: kesklinn on kõigest 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel. Korter asub mugavalt esimesel korrusel.

Mugavustega korterike Karlovas, tasuta parkimine

Pisike kõigi mugavustega stuudiokorter kesklinna lähedal. Värskelt renoveeritud kaasaegses korteris on kahekohaline voodi, köök kõige vajaminevaga, Go3 box üle 100 kanaliga, kiire internet, vannituba põrandakütte ja mahuka boileriga. Parkimine hoovis ja maja ees tasuta.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
