'The Nest' near Arundel

Wake up in the beautiful South Downs National Park, with a perfect view from every window. Our self-contained, recently refurbished, and well equipped apartment overlooks the fields and wildlife that surround us. Walk one way and you are in historic Arundel with its castle and cathedral (takes about 40 minutes). Walk the other way and you have immediate access to the many South Downs footpaths. Jump in the car and you're 15 minutes from the seaside, and 20 minutes from Goodwood or Chichester.

Located on the edge of the Goodwood Estate, this property is a stunning semi-detached Duchess cottage with magnificent views over neighbouring farmland towards Halnaker Mill. The property has been the subject of a major programme of renovation and now offers superb accommodation arranged over three floors. Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

The cowshed is compact with main bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and bunk room There is no living room but guests can enjoy the outside table and chairs in the summer or take a rug up the garden and enjoy the spectacular views of the South Downs - it is fabulous and very peaceful with no WiFi. There is a flat screen tv and underfloor heating. Ideal for a family of 4, or for 4 adults it is quite cosy. Perfect for walkers and cyclists. We are very close to the Pig in the South Downs restaurant

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Quaint, rustic self-contained studio in Amberley

Enjoy autonomy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Shed is a self-contained annex with its own pathway and entrance. Outside is a secluded seating/breakfast area. On entering you'll find a shower room with heated towel rail and electric shower, dining space for two and a kitchenette. Through a sliding door is a kingsize bed, love-seat, TV with google chrome, books, drawers, somewhere to hang clothes. (To access streaming services, please bring your own account information.)
