This House is located in a quiet neighborhood one block off Main street here in Beaver Dam, KY. Enjoy a nice cozy country home while you visit. It is fully finished so you will feel right home. The property sits on a corner lot with access from both streets. The house has a front porch for lazy evening to catch some fresh air. You can pull right up underneath the carport for easy access to the back door for entry. The home offers a nice yard and fire pit. You are minutes from stores/ food.

Peaceful Retreat

Close to downtown Madisonville, Kentucky Sports Factory/Sports Plex and one mile from Mahr park (walking trails, picnic pavilions, kayak launch,etc). Private backyard with patio, table/chairs and BBQ grill. Home has Smart TV w/ streaming channels, DVD player, WiFi, Keurig and drip coffee, toaster, pots, pans, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, etc. One queen bed, one king, single over full bunk and single day bed. Full size inflatable mattress upon request. Bedrooms are upstairs. No smoking. No pets.

Water’s Edge (No cleaning/Pet Fees)

Waters edge is a cabin on beautiful Lake Malone in Western KY. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, hiking, boating, and just relaxing. Cabin has over 200ft lake frontage, and is one of the most desirable spots on the lake, directly across Shady Cliff Marina. We make sure you have everything a cooking enthusiasts may need. Enjoy the weather, while grilling in the large backyard. We offer a variety of games for the whole family to enjoy. If you forget toiletries, we make sure you're covered with extras. Pickle ball court and kids area within walking distance.

Located close to everything in Madisonville and a short walk to downtown. Only about a 5 minute drive to most parks, hospitals and all the local spots downtown. Minutes from the Kentucky Sports Factory and Elmer Kelly Stadium. 25-30 minutes to Dawson Springs and the beautiful scenery at Pennyrile State Park. Ideal for traveling nurses, co ops at local factories or those traveling for family events, wedding weekends, and visiting friends. Smoking and vaping on the property is not allowed.

With the bean theme: There are oversized bean bags to relax on and a coffee station with LOTS of coffee options ( including Esspresso maker)! Outside you will have a solo fire pit ( wood not included - so grab a bundle on the way in ) and a gas grill .

Fisher Park.
