This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. It is a 3-minute drive to the Ohio State Reformatory (INKCARCERATION), 2-minute drive (10minute walk) to Mansfield Speedway, 10-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield, Hospital, Kingwood Center, Fairgrounds, Richland Mall and many other stores and restaurants, 15-minute drive to Charles Mill, 20-minute drive to Snow Trails, 25-minute drive to Mid-Ohio Racetrack and Pleasant Hill.
