It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

The other downstairs bedroom has a full size bed with a futon. 3 other bedrooms are located upstairs. They have 4 queen size beds and 2 full-size beds. Has a cozy living room and dining room area & kitchen. Close access to I 40 and route 66 to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge areas. 8 miles to Knoxville Tennessee and surrounding areas are a short drive away. Stocked coffee/tea bar.

Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

This river retreat is perfect for a couple who want a romantic getaway or a family looking for time closer to nature than noise. The guest cottage boasts nearly 1,000 private square feet that include a kitchen, dining, sitting area and bathroom on the ground floor plus an open concept living and bedroom area on the 2nd floor. The enormous deck offers great views of the river and a fun place to eat and hang out.
