This two-bedroom one bath home in Sunny Blue Lake, has high ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring that looks like wood. The bedrooms have new comfortable queen-size beds and the spacious bathroom features double sinks. The living room area accommodates four people, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Excellent location with views of the redwood forest. Our bungalow is fully equipped. Come home with your farmer's market bounty and make use of the well-stocked kitchen or balcony grill. Get cozy in the living room at the push of a button with the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sleep soundly on either the king or queen-sized bed. If you have extra people I can provide an air mattress. Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.

Coastal-Country Cottage (Pet friendly with fee).

If you would enjoy a country-like setting with a fresh coastal breeze, our home's second unit is a perfect fit for you. Come stay with us on our farm-like (chickens 🐓🐓) acre of land. The house has a private back yard, and depending on the time of year there may be some fruit and berries growing. If a quaint, quiet, small coastal town is calling your name, let us be your hosts and share with you all the fun and adventure our area has to offer.
