A fold-out bed (on request) is available for 2 people who are travelling together but not as a couple. Not suitable for children. Short-term stays only. Strictly NO Smoking inside apartment. We are conveniently located near Kianinny Bay. The space is perfect for couples to enjoy the Sapphire coast, beaches, national parks, mountain bike tracks, and local award winning oysters.

Seatons - Aussie Beach House Overlooking Tathra

Found on wildlife drive, Seatons is my haven of peace and rejuvenation in the township of Tathra on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. I spend months here on end, reading in front of the fire, walking in the wildlife reserve, drinking coffee, swimming, sleeping, dreaming - and like me and every guest who has ever stayed, you'll never want to leave.

We are just a 5 minute stroll from Merimbula's town centre where you will find restaurants, pub, clubs & boutique shopping as well as our closest beach at Spencer Park & children’s playground. Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.
