The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. AZ Music Shack: In Historic Downtown Chandler

This is a one-of-a-kind, stand-alone bungalow I lovingly call the "AZ Music Shack." I originally built it to be my music studio. It’s located near the heart of up and coming Downtown Chandler. Convenient walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops, and you can typically find live music close by 7 nights a week! The house has a semi-private, partially fenced-in front court yard and a small private fenced-in back yard, hardscaped with artificial grass and pavers. Pet fee: starts at $75.
