When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Historic Midtown Bungalow

Pet-friendly Midtown bungalow just 1 mile from downtown, nestled in the charming Old Dauphin Way Historic District. Enjoy a walkable, tree-lined neighborhood with historic homes, steps from a popular wine bar, coffee shop, bakery, and Mardi Gras parade routes. Grocery/convenience stores are within ½ mile, and Mobile Infirmary and USA Health University Hospital are just a 5–10 minute drive.
