Very safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area and lots of things to do in the area Two bedrooms are upstairs with its' own bathroom. House is air conditioned and has a full and complete kitchen. The washer/dryer are located in the basement and guest have full access to it

Talk to the host about groups larger than 4 for additional aerobed option. Your lovely hosts may be on site during your stay but will reside in the lower level of the home during your visit. Hosts are quiet and respectful of your space. There is no crossover between guests and hosts.
