This is a unique tiny house constructed from a brand new shipping container. Great AC. Full size bathroom and kitchenette. Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom new construction home in downtown Watkinsville with a dreamy outdoor oasis! Just 6 miles from UGA and less than 1 mile to downtown restaurants, shops, Wire Park and The Thomas Farm Preserve with biking and hiking trails. The main level features an open concept living room with a foldout Twin Sleeper chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

Enjoy a taste of the simple life in our secluded barn apartment at Elizabeth Farms. There are an array of farm animals on property for your viewing pleasure. Hiking trails are nearby at Fort Yargo State Park and Harbins Park, as well as equestrian trails. Close to Athens and Chateau Elan. This cozy studio sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, smart tv and full bathroom. Private entrance and patio with fire pit that overlooks the pasture.
