The large backyard is great for outdoor games, socializing and relaxing. In winter the plowed, flat roads make for easy driving. Ski-in, ski-out access. Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Sorry, no cooking inside, there's a Blackstone Propane Griddle on the deck with cookware. Walk in shower with glass doors. Private deck with seating, propane fire pit (usable winter only), hot tub. Welcome to our newly renovated and enlarged 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Tonasket with a full size pullout couch bed in the living room and a queen size bed in the bedroom. It is a 5 minute walk into town and the property is surrounded by orchards and the Okanogan River, and our 1 acre includes chickens in a fenced pasture, as well as 2 small dogs and a cat. You will hear rural sounds of farmers, some highway noise, and the peace of nature on the river. No pets please.
