Due to only one parking lot available for guests, Room B only accept guests who do not need it. As to guests who need it, please book Room A with which listing a parking lot is available by paying extra parking fee $1/per night. Vehicles parked on this street overnight would be put ticket.

A very quiet 3rd floor room with a double bed facing trees in neighbourhood back yards with a new bathroom steps away. The window faces the rising sun in the east. The house is a 4 minute walk from the boardwalk along Sunnyside Beach on Lake Ontario, a 3 minute walk to High Park and a 7 minute walk to the popular and laid back area of Roncesvalles Village with shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars with live music, a 24 hour gym, and the oldest movie theatre in Toronto, The Revue Cinema.

My home is a cozy, non toxic, environmentally friendly oasis just east of downtown Toronto with easy access to subway and GO train service. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to many restaurants, cafes, parks and a supermarket. PLEASE NOTE - this room is next to my own bedroom. This 1900s vintage-style modern private apartment is in the lower part of our house in the Annex which showcases stained-glass windows from the famed Honest Ed's store. No part of this space is shared. Heated floors, AC provide comfort year round. Summerhill Market for freshly prepared meals and salads is in the next block across the street. Close to Bathurst subway and bus station. Free underground parking, 3.1 KM away. Paid parking at 10 Walmer Rd. Parking is 1.5 KM away.

The GREEN Room in the trendy Ossington-Bloor area

The Green Room (with no kitchen or laundry but with a small fridge, kettle & coffee maker) is spacious and beautifully decorated. We are a 5 minutes walk to the subway and everything is in this area - all types of restaurants, cafes, a mall, trendy stores, etc. If you like to walk, you can walk downtown, to Chinatown, Koreatown, the UofT, even High Park. I love meeting people from all over and will be available to talk and help you out as needed.

Private Room in Downtown Toronto RM2

This room is for ONE person only. Your room is on the 3rd floor and is air-conditioned in the summer. We have a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. This bathroom is not for bathing - we have a renovated bathroom in the basement for showering. We supply soap, towels, etc. You may use our microwave and kettle, but we prefer little to no use of the stove. This is a case-by-case basis so please let us know if you intend to cook in our space.
