Boardwalk passersby can see into the apartment when the window shades are raised. This apartment is not a good fit for light sleepers, pets and guests who would like close parking.

Views of the ocean downstairs out the property's courtyard, you're practically staying at the beach. A hub of some of San Diego's best restaurants, nightlife, and shopping on Garnet Ave are an approximate quarter mile stroll away via the beachfront boardwalk.

This beautiful home is right off the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, a 5-10 min walk to the Pier. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom for guests. Please note, I am home but keep to myself, I live on the back of the house.
