Beech Trees - stylish annexe 10min city centre

*1 Night Bookings Taken* Beech Trees is situated in the picturesque village of Duxford, just 9 miles south of the City and within walking distance of Whittlesford station where trains into Cambridge take 10mins. IWM Duxford is nearby and there are fine countryside walks and several gastro pubs, restaurants, and bistros to choose from locally. The M11 is just over a mile away and Addenbrookes, AstraZeneca, Granta Park, Babraham Institute and Wellcome Genome Campus are all a short distance by car.

The Little Thatch

A beautiful little one bedroom apartment with double bedroom, delightful bathroom and small sitting room located in a pretty Cambridgeshire village. There is a lovely enclosed garden at the back with BBQ (there is only a limited kitchen). There are lovely pubs and restaurants located a short drive away or a 1.4mile walk. Duxford air Museum is close by and Whittlesford train station (1.5 miles) with quick access into London and Cambs. Pls note that the stairs are steep. I have included a photo.

Charming refurbished Victorian cottage in a tranquil riverside setting with a private garden bordered by the River Cam/Granta on the old mill run at Whittlesford Mill. It is 6 miles from Cambridge, Duxford IWM is 2 miles away and there is a mainline station - Cambridge (10 minutes), London Liverpool Street (1 hour). The village has a gastro pub called The Tickell Arms, a restaurant called Provenance and The Red Lion. Saffron Walden is 8 miles away where Audley End House can also be found.

The Garden Annexe

Set in the historic village of Babraham, The Garden Annex is a tranquil, self-contained and spatious double room with TV, WiFi, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and new, uniquely designed en-suite shower room complete with Japanese-style bidet toilet. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

The Barn: Gorgeous alternative to a hotel room

The Barn is a self contained annex attached to our house, The Old Bakery, but with its own private access. We also have "The Cob" and "The Bakehouse", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

The Annex, North Farm

The Annex is a peaceful and spacious flat located on a small farm in South Cambridgeshire. It’s perfect for a couple or a family with a large bedroom with a super king bed and twin bunk beds. There is open and luxurious living space with an electric fireplace, large tv and king sofa bed if needed. Beautiful kitchen with dinning table, equipped with an air fryer, induction hob, microwave, oven, mixer and blender. Children under 1 are free, after 12 months are charged extra person.
