Welcome to our guest suite in Coquitlam where a mall, parks, restaurants and the Skytrain are easily accessible!! Your hosts (Kumi & Gamini) are well traveled, friendly and respectful individuals. If you choose to stay with us, we will make your trip a memorable one! NOTE: Bookings for 1-2 guests get only 1 bedroom (queen bed or 2 single beds). Bookings for 3-4 guests get both bedrooms. If a party 2 guests, need separate rooms please book as 3 guests or there will be a $ 15/day extra charge.

The basement suite is very spacious, it’s 1300 square feet and with beautiful views. All the space showed in the photos are private, independent, you don't have to share with others during your stay! Three big beds are very comfortable for a family. A lot of parking space, very easy to park. The kitchen and washing room are fully equipped and very comfortable! The suite is 3 min. to Coquitlam city center by car, 30 min. to downtown Vancouver, About 50 min. to Vancouver airport by car.

This beautiful 3 bedroom guest suite (basement), with over 1200 sq ft has its own private entrance. Our home is on a higher ground and there are 22 steps required to walk up to the guest suite! The suite has well equipped kitchen for your cooking needs, laundry and you will have access to high speed internet and over 300 tv channels. It is close and accessible to the highway.
