This is a SHARED HOME. Peter, the homeowner, LIVES IN THE DOWNSTAIRS PART OF THE HOUSE. You would have full and private use of the entire second floor of the house as described below. The Florida Escape is a newly renovated, 3 bedroom home and is centrally located in Daytona Beach. We are in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are less than 10 minutes from beach access. Shopping malls, Daytona International Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Lagoon, restaurants, sight seeing, etc are all within a short drive. An hour from Orlando and theme parks, 45 minutes to St. Augustine.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom; a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom; a white queen-size and blue twin-size sofa beds in the large living room. Towels, bed linens, kitchen towels/cloths, and a fully equipped kitchen are there for your convenience. Use the socket covers found in the kitchen storage closet to protect smaller children.
