Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Trevassack House is a large Victorian farmhouse, a 7 minute drive to St Ives Bay & Gwithian's sands, or 4 mins to Hayle beach. Set in tranquil private grounds, the old manor of Trevassack overlooks Hayle. Big groups love the 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12, comfortable spaces, full kitchen, 3 cosy living rooms with stoves, hot tub (extra cost) with views, library and baby grand piano and conservatory framing sunsets across the St Ives & Carbis Bay hills. It is close to the safe bathing and surfing beach at Praa Sands and only a 5-minute drive to the coast path car park at Rinsey Cove. The beautiful harbour village of Porthleven is a foodies' paradise and is only a 7-minute drive away. The cottage is well placed for the many attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The cottage is cleaned and sanitised to a high standard.

The Arc is a small annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. We provide a continental breakfast hamper. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.

The Cart Lodge at Porthcurno Barns Family run, eco-friendly, cosy and spacious barn conversion nestled in a peaceful seaside hamlet walking distance to the stunning Porthcurno, Pedn Vounder beaches and the Minack Theatre. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 min drive for activities and restaurants.
