Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minutes to Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Racetrack/Casino and the Outlets of Des Moines. 10 minutes to the Iowa State Fairgrounds and 15 minutes to downtown Des Moines. Garage space not included. Bedding may vary.

Wake up to bird songs and coffee with the sunrise. After a day of fun, take a soak in the wood-burning sauna and relax by the campfire.

The Prayer Cabin

The Prayer Cabin is located at Lake Red Rock outside of Pella, IA. The cabin Is an Earthen/Berm home located on a 1 acre lot in a quiet & clean neighborhood. The lot boasts a wooded valley with many birds and squirrels to watch. The Prayer Cabin was recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Our first guests asked us if Chip and Joanna were the creators of the design. 💚 Navy Blue cabinets, Tons of white shiplap and open shelving. Peaceful. A place of respite and relaxation.

The Henhouse Retreat- Hot tub, fire pit

The Henhouse Retreat is a beautifully restored 2 bedroom home converted from an original henhouse on our property. With breathtaking country views out every window you are sure to find this country retreat relaxing and enjoyable with many things to do close by like fishing, hiking, and a bike trail. Cute little towns to explore or cuddle up with a book & enjoy relaxation that comes with a deep breath in the country. Come as a family, some couples, or a little getaway, this home sleeps 7.

Please read entire listing prior to booking. Thank you! Welcome to this updated 2nd floor loft with a private entrance and fenced yard for your pups (2 dog limit-including service animals). Dogs are the VIPs here—Very Important Pooches. All other species will have to book elsewhere. Just ½ mile to Woodland Hills Golf & bike trails, 1 mile to I-35, 5 min drive to restaurants, shopping & DMACC, 10 min to The District, and 15 min to Downtown Des Moines, Adventureland & Prairie Meadows.

Windy Pines offers a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed and large bathroom. The kitchen and living room are great. This clean, comfortable, & uncluttered space is a home away from home! You will be surrounded by beautiful greenery, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close to interstate 80 & 35, the Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but with its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Come sleep under the stars in this cozy galaxy bell tent. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable King bed and stay comfortable with an air conditioner and heater. There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.
