This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Today our forth generation still enjoys the view from the front porch swing along with a guest list of exceptional size. Please come and enjoy our piece of paradise. The Bungalow is a roomy, nicely renovated space easily accessed from rts 80/99. Only 25 min to State College & Altoona. Queen bed in the bedroom. One sofa in the living room converts to a king bed (see photos). A twin mattress is stored in the bedroom can be placed in the living room for an additional person. Walk in shower in bathroom. Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee maker. Dining room with access to a small deck. Fully functional outhouse see pics.

There's a large front porch with nice furniture, a cozy living room, and an upstairs loft to accomodate your needs. You're likely to see some wildlife, like deer and turkeys. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials and bed linens and towels are provided. We're sure you won't regret spending time here.
