Relax in luxury with a sauna, cold plunge, and a private Cedar Hot Tub overlooking a beautiful cherry orchard. Our cottage offers the ideal escape from the city, while immersing you in Niagara's Country charm. We are excited to share our little piece of paradise and look forward creating memories in Niagara's Benchland.

Plan your stay at Swallow Meadows Farm. Private, self-contained studio suite on second floor (15 stairs) of farm house on 24 acres. Screened in porch to watch the neighbouring horse and wildlife. Fully renovated suite, including full kitchen and bathroom. Glass enclosed walk-in shower. Hike to the pond after breakfast and listen to the bull-frogs. If you are lucky you might spot deer or the local heron. Suite includes Wi-Fi, bring your screened device. Pets require approval prior to booking.

Enjoy a nice dinner out on the new patio, relax by the fire at night in your adirondack chairs or soak in the hot tub. We have it all! 3 Night Minimum on weekends from June 15-Oct15 and all holiday weekends

The Barnhouse Loft offers a very unique opportunity to enjoy Niagara Wine Country in full privacy and great comfort. You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. The secluded hottub is 30m from your door inside the barn. 420 and LGBTQ+ friends welcome.
