You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.

You will be in view of the beautiful Pamlico River. The Tiki Bar, kayak rentals, and the boat landing are all within a short walking distance while downtown is only 10 blocks away. Kayakers or canoers welcome. The yard is drive through so you do not have to worry about backing your boat trailer out.

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
