The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life.
