Our historic Saratoga home is located in the desirable West Side near the Beekman Street Arts District, less than one mile to Broadway and all that Saratoga's downtown has to offer. It is an easy walk or bike ride to SPAC and the Saratoga State Park. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 10-12 guests. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio and fireplace, and large fenced in yard and gardens. Close to Lake George and the Adirondacks, the Saratoga Train and Bus Station.

Charming carriage house that has been completely renovated but still has some original character. The carriage house is one bedroom, one bathroom, and full kitchen with 2 off street parking spaces. Saratoga spa state park, performing arts center, casino and Saratoga race track are all a short car ride away.

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
