The space has a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill for entertaining along with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Built in 1937, this historic home still has plenty of charm, but everything in this two bedroom, one bathroom house was renovated in January, 2022: New floors, glass shower, butcher block countertops, appliances, and furniture! Located on quiet, conveniently located Riverview Drive (east of US1), everything Downtown Melbourne has to offer is just a short walk away.

Zip's Harbour Hideaway

Welcome to Zip's Harbour Hideaway! This cozy little beach cottage is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of Indian Harbour Beach, less than a mile from the beach or the river. We offer the use of a paddle board, kayak, and surfboard, upon request. There are bikes on the property, ready for you to cruise to the beach! We also offer surf lessons, for a small additional fee.
