This centrally located studio apartment is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. The Seahorse is a new non-smoking 1/1, 400sqft apartment with 10ft ceilings located across the street from Lake Madeline. The apt. is located on the first floor of our home with its own private entrance along with 2 private decks overlooking the lake. Guests have use of our pool and our grounds, Koi pond, and green-house. The apt has everything you may need to enjoy your stay with us.
