It is near the Eel River for fishing, swimming or just enjoying laying in the warm sunshine. In just a short drive, you can be on the Avenue of the Giants, Founders Grove or Rockefeller Forest where you can view and/or hike among the beauty of the redwoods. Further north is the Victorian village of Ferndale, the ocean or Humboldt Bay.

Red Barn Cottage, Cozy and Charming

The Red Barn Cottage is located within walking distance of the Victorian village of Ferndale. The Cottage is a charming, separate studio with a private entrance, gated patio, full kitchen and bathroom. We provide wonderful amenities including coffee, teas, continental breakfast items and snacks for our guests. A small to medium size dog is allowed but with our approval and an additional nonrefundable pet fee.

Comfortable home on small neighborhood street, less than a mile to the Avenue of the Giants in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Pets and children are welcome. You have a private yard and full kitchen to enjoy, and a laundry room if you need it. There is a wood burning stove in the living room for cozy evenings. This large space will easily fit 4 or more adults, plus children and pets.
