Comfortable apartment close to the sea & CPH

You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Fabulous "New-York style" apartment close to CPH

The apartment has a creative multi level design with four nice rooms with big windows - one of which is bedroom. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Doorway from kitchen to the communal garden. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende lejlighed 10 min fra København. 1 km til Øresund og Dyrehaven. Indkøb og legeplads lige om hjørnet. Lys og venlig med stor solrig terrasse. Tæt på stemningsfyldte Skovshoved Havn. Soveværelse med adgang til badeværelse. Værelse med sovesofa (1½ mand udslået, 130 cm - 2 børn/1 voksen) . Gæstetoilet med vaskesøjle. Solrig stue, køkken, alrum i et, stor terrasse. Rygning - kæledyr ikke tilladt. Mulighed for højstol, weekendseng og klapvogn.

Nyd et ophold i en ægte dansk klassiker, designet i 1966 bygget i 1973. Denne båd er bygget i glasfiber, med interiør i Teak og mahogni med focus på rummelighed. Nyd livet på agterdækket, og hyggen om aftenen i salonen. Der er mulighed for at opvarme båden hvis det bliver køligt om aftenen. Der kan ikke varmes mad ombord. Der er køleskab, elkedel, Nespresso maskine og service. Håndklæder, viskestykker og sengetøj ligger klar ved ankomst. Der er kaffekapsler, toiletpapir og håndsæbe.

House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. We have a big garden with a barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. In

Relax in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Copenhagen. Only 10 km from Central Copenhagen. 3 minutes walk from the train station taking you to central Copenhagen in 15 minutes every 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk from the Bellevue beach and Dyrehaven with the beautiful woods and fauna and the world renowned fun fair Dyrehavsbakken. Ordrupvej is a quiet yet bustling street with shops and cafées. Free parking behind the building or round the corner of Holmegaardsvej.

Centralt beliggende i Charlottenlund ligger denne 1-vær på 42 kvm med en ugenert udsigt mod øst, over Ordrup Park. 5 min til de to hoved-indkøbsstrøg i Charll, 10 min til stationen og yderligere 15 min, så befinder du dig i centrum af Cph. Tæt på skov og strand, Charll skov, Dyrehaven etc. Sengen er 160x200 cm og er en ny Dunlopillo seng,- med en stor dobbelt dyne. PPS: Og der må naturligvis ikke ryges i min lejlighed. Welcome to this beautiful 4 bedroom house. Located only a few minutes drive away from a sandy beach, Bellevue, and the charming harbour of Skovshoved. The train station is a 5 min walk and Copenhagen can be reached by train in 10 minutes. This house is a charming gem with an original and very private old garden sprawled with various apple trees, fig -and cherry trees reaching out over the independant garden house' wooden deck and terrace .
