Korteri lähedal väike metsatukk, kus saab ka natuke linnulaulu nautida ja jalutada. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

Selles rahulikus ja stiilses kohas saad mõnusalt lõõgastuda. Toome välja, et voodi madrats on keskmiselt tugevam, mis pakub kogu kehale tugevat tuge. Korteris on eraldi magamistuba ja köök. Ühendus kesklinnaga on väga hea: kesklinn on kõigest 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel. Korter asub mugavalt esimesel korrusel.

Stylish and cozy apartment in the town down of Tartu, within walking distance to the Town Hall Square. Train station is 2 minutes and bus station 15 minutes of walking, free parking in front of the house. Apartment has all comforts, including a dishwasher, air vent and WIFI and mini office.

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. The apartment comes with a free parking space in the heated garage under the building.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
