The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available We are in a rural location so a car may be needed. If you would like to book the night before your wedding, please contact me to confirm the details. The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. ONLY MINI DOGS BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING! The Cabin Near Stansted Airport

Created to offer a luxurious stay, TheCabin is equipped with a Kingsize bed and luxury bathroom. In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, mini air fryer oven, fridge, induction hob, pots and pans. For breakfast you have eggs, fresh milk, bread, and a variety of cereals, jams and spreads. With beautiful armchairs and a bistro table to eat, work or just sit back to enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc. Outside there is a small private garden too.

We aim to provide a luxurious stay in this 3 bedroom barn conversion which can sleep up to 6 people. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and we use B-Corp bedding, shampoos & conditioners.

A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

Lovingly built, my shepherd’s hut is wonderful for a short break away from it all. Located in the rural village of Stocking Pelham in Herts, the surrounding area is perfect for country walks or cycling. Nearby pubs offer great beer and fabulous dining. A short drive away you have various attractions including Henry Moore, Audley End, and the lovely old market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge and Newmarket are not too far either.
