The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! XMAS (not available instantly) and LONGER TERM LETS by request please.

Welcome to RETREAT 34, tucked around the back of a beautifully presented rural development, with open fields and countryside walks literally on your doorstep. Our 'Home from Home' tastefully converted large double garage, has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom, wet-room, private patio garden with decking and raised planting. Set in a quiet rural location, the village of Langford has a selection of small shops, including a garden centre, chip-shop, pharmacy , pub and post office.

Benslow Path Guest Studio - Free Parking

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. Parking is free for your entire stay, 7 days a week.

The Barn

The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge.
