This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

The house is in Stavsnäs, close to Sjösala and close to the city on the archipelago. The house is newly renovated. 3 beds in the house upstairs and a 2 bed sofa bed for guests downstairs. Pub/café and shop close by. 8 min walk to the bus, 10 min to ferries, 45 min to Stockholm. Peaceful, cosy. Private parking with boat or car. Obs: Towels and bedsheets is ”not” included. Cleaning is not included. The house must be restored to the same condition at checkout as it was on the arrivial day.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Gäststugan på 45 km2 , 1 rum & kök, ligger på Djurö (Djurhamn) i Stockholms Skärgård ca 4, 5 mil från Slussen, Stockholm, buss 434 (ca 1 h färd). Huset ligger 1 km från ICA och de 3 badstränder som finns i närheten. kök, vattentoalett, tvättmaskin, kyl/frys, TV 52 tum, App TV, Wifi, egen altan med parasoll. Parkering vid garaget. Soffan fälls ner till en 120 cm säng, extra massa finns Självincheckning sker via en "kodbox" där nyckeln finns, se bilder, kod kommer vid bokning.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, mysiga boende. Bara tre minuter bort finns strand och hav. Promenera runt i byn och stanna eventuellt på det lokala bageriet. Huset har allting man behöver för att kunna bo i det året om. Det går bra att parkera intill huset. Man kan även ta en direktbuss från Slussen som tar ca 50 min. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
