Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Or, stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and large screen TV.

A screened-in front porch to relax looking onto a yard full of native flowers and plants. Private fenced dog run west of the front door via a lit stone garden path and gate. The run is only accessible through this external gate. Street parking only. Driveway used by owners who live and work in back.
