**Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to Hotel LBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

Welcome to your beach vacation! Your family will be walking distance to everything! The beautiful beach, bay, playground, arcade, mini golf, pizza, ice cream and coffee! Relax in the backyard as you feel the warm sun. This super clean two bedroom ranch is very family friendly. We are right off the bridge so once you get into LBI, you are home (no more long drives)! This home is in the rear of a 4-property lot. Street parking only. 3 min. walk up to the beach. No pets. 2 Beach Badges. Renters must bring their sheets, towels, and paper goods.
