Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. The airport is a quick 10 minute drive. The Desert Dwelling is an attached guest unit (300 sq. ft) w/ private entrance. This unit is ideal for a couple or a single traveler. While the unit can fit 3 people, please understand it is a studio unit with a Queen bed & pull-out couch.

We are close to everything in a great, lively, safe neighborhood and can’t wait to host you!

The Tranquil Desert is located in South Tempe, near the ASU Research Park. The space is a separate, quiet guest suite, with a private entrance. Featuring a gated driveway for parking and a complete self-contained unit, the Tranquil Desert is perfect for business or pleasure. Please be advised that we DO NOT permit parties of any type on the property. The use of the unit, pool and patio is restricted to guests only.
