Country Cottage 15 Mins from Okoboji

This spacious cottage is centrally located between Spencer and the lakes area, right off of Hwy 71. The upstairs loft features a queen, full and a single bed, desk, and closet and lots of space. The main level has a full kitchen with dining space, large living room with two couches and a TV, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. This is a great place for long term stays as it offers your own private accommodations and off-street parking. Note: Due to allergies, No smoking inside, No pets.

When you stay at Cabin #13, located in row one, you will be close to everything, including additional parking in the back. This Cabin comfortably sleeps 10 people with 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 baths, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a finished garage area for socializing. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

Quite-End of the Road Suite-Lower Level

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Coded access gives you the opportunity to come and go at your leisure. Located on the edge of Fairmont we are minutes away from Mayo Health, shopping, bars & a brewery, restaurants, parks, lakes and other great points of interest. *Quiet-End of the Road Suite..our nightly rate includes cleaning service fee.*

Intimate Suite at Stay Suites with a private patio. We have added several suites to the former 316 building. Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park, just off Hwy 71 south of the Ritz. We are steps from the public beach and dock. We are 4 blocks from the downtown strip area, you can walk to the night life. You can access our roof top patio on the west side of the 2nd level. This is open to all guests, but you do have your own small deck right off your suite.

Hunters Paradise Cabin

This property is located in the perfect location for every hunter, fisherman and boater. We are on the North end of Trumble lake surrounded by thousands of acres of public hunting. We are only 5 miles from Lost Island and 20 miles to the Okoboji area. We have a heated garage for the pets to stay with some kennels provided. Pets are welcome to run the yard and play. No hunting is allowed on the property. There is 300 acres just across the creek to hunt.

1 bedroom 1 bathroom lake cabin with plenty of parking. Ice Fishing or Hunting Bungalow! Perfect for families or weekend getaways with 2 additional queen pull out sleepers. In the summer months enjoy the large patio by the barn, sand box for kids, and barleans bar for adults on the property (coming soon). Great for campfires and grill outs. Numerous amenities. The Bunkhouse at Hobby Horse Acres

Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. Enjoy the peaceful setting including outdoor fire pit area, gazebo area, playground, barn with animals to pet, fruit trees, and room to roam. Full kitchen is included. Two private bedrooms and plenty of hang-out space and extra sleeping spaces.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood across the street from Lake Minnewashta, where you can enjoy a lake view from the deck. It is centrally located within walking distance to the amusement park & beach. Enjoy your day at the park with rides, shopping, restaurants & free concerts and fireworks on Saturday evenings. There is plenty of parking for your boat with a public boat ramp just 1/2 mile away.

City of Lakes Loft

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
