Fully equipped kitchen with all dishware, dishwasher, washer/dryer, HVAC, ceiling fans throughout, WiFi, & 3 flat screen TVs with cable. Park in front.

Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
